Donor Gateway set out to create a compassionate, secure platform that connects memorial tributes with charitable giving across North America. They needed digital experts to design, brand and build a scalable solution that seamlessly linked funeral homes, families, and charities, making it easy to donate, manage funds and honor loved ones through meaningful contributions.
SOLUTION
We developed My Tribute Gift, a custom web application integrated with funeral home systems across North America that automatically generates personalized donation pages with curated charity options chosen by families, funeral homes or AI recommendations. Donors can search registered charities, leave messages, and receive instant receipts, while backend tools let partners manage donations and reporting with full automation and real-time insights. Despite its complex architecture, powered by APIs, QR and SMS functionality, and advanced search tools, we made the platform feel effortless, delivering a seamless user experience and intuitive admin interface. We also refreshed the brand identity, introducing a new logo and a blue-green palette that evokes hope, compassion and renewal.
