OVERVIEW
Community Care Durham (CCD) provides essential support services such as Meals on Wheels, adult day programs, assisted transportation, and mental health groups. CCD needed a modern website that was accessible to seniors, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities, while also being easy for staff to update. Their old website was challenging to navigate especially those needing accessibility, created operational inefficiencies, and was frustrating for staff to update.
SOLUTION
We redesigned CCD’s website with a human-first, accessibility-led approach. By embedding WCAG 2.2 AA standards at every step, we delivered a secure, mobile-friendly platform that reflects the warmth and inclusivity of CCD’s services — while empowering staff with tools to manage content confidently.
